At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped without any fees. After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted. If you receive your order and find that an item is missing, you must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Submitting an unboxing video is required to verify your claim. Valid cases will be resolved within 48 hours—either via replacement or store credit. Please be aware that refunds are not issued to original payment methods. Only store credits are offered for approved cases.
